Receta Greek Style Pocket Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean beef -- round
- 1 c. Plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 c. Cucumber -- peeled/minced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic -- crushed
- 1/2 tsp Dill
- 2 x Pita bread -- halved
- 1 sm Red onion -- peeled and Sliced MARINADE
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard -- prepared, spicy
- 1/2 c. Lemon juice
- 2 x Cloves garlic -- chopped
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
Direcciones
- Cut beef crosswise into thin 5x1/2-inch strips. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over beef strips. Cover and chill for 2-8 hrs.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and dill. Cover and chill. Preheat oven to 450F. Drain marinade from beef, place meat in shallow pan and bake till crip (about 10 minutes.). Stuff each pita half with beef, then top each with a spoonful of yogurt mix and sliced red onion.
