Receta Green Bean & Chickpea Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed & cut into 2 inch lengths
- 1 (16 ounce.) can chickpeas (garbanzos), liquid removed & rinsed
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
Direcciones
- Steam the green beans till they are tender-crisp, about 5 min. Place the beans, chickpeas, and onion in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Add in the dressing to the bean mix, tossing the ingredients well. Refrigeratethe salad for 1 hour or possibly longer before serving. Can be made with a can of green beans.
