Receta Green Beans With Garlic Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1 1/2 lb Fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1" lengths, ( I think you could accomplish the same results with canned Green Beans)
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 tsp Chopped, peeled fresh ginger

- Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add in green beans and saute/fry till beans are just crisp but tender, about five min. In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, chopped garlic, honey and ginger. Pour over green beans in skillet and boil till sauce thickens and coats vegetables, about two min. Place in bowl and serve immediately.
