Receta Green Beans With Tomato Bacon

Ingredientes
- 1 can condensed chicken broth - (10 1/2 ounce) undiluted
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 5 x plum tomatoes minced
- 1/2 sm onion minced
- 2 x garlic cloves pressed
- 4 x bacon slices cooked, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp dry basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Reserve 1/4 c. chicken broth. Bring remaining broth to a boil in a large saucepan. Add in green beans; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 min or possibly till tender. Drain and remove from saucepan; keep hot.
- Saute/fry tomato, onion, and garlic in saucepan coated with vegetable cooking spray till onion is crisp-tender. Add in reserved 1/4 c. broth, and cook, stirring often, 5 min or possibly till almost all liquid has evaporated. Stir in bacon, basil, and salt. Spoon over beans. Serve hot.
