  1. Put noodle soup into boiling water. Add in rice, cover and cook for 20-25 min. Add in the minced vegetables.
  2. Fry the sausage, drain off the fat and add in to the mix. Add in almonds, stir well.
  3. Place in 9 x 13 glass pan. Cover with mushroom soup and bake about 15 min at 350 degrees.
