Ingredientes
- 1/2 bag Harvest Burger crumbles
- 1 can Stewed tomatoes
- 1 can RoTel tomatoes with chilis
- 1 can Beans of your choice, (tonight I am using pinto beans cooked from dry) (up to 2)
- 1 c. Frzn corn, (up to 2) Chili pwdr and salt to taste
- 3 x Carrots, minced (up to 4)
- 3 stalk of celery, minced (up to 4)
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1/2 lrg Green pepper, minced
- 2 c. Water or possibly till consistency is what you want, (up to 3)

- I've recently discovered the Green Giant Harvest Burgers for Recipes - crumbles that come in a zip-lock bag ready to add in to whatever. Very convenient! They are fat-free and high-fiber. 2/3 c. have 15 grams of about 10 min. This is what I used:I tend to make chili with more vegetables than most recipes call for so it is like a chili vegetable soup - I also add in broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, etc. - whatever I happen to have, but the above ingredients are usually my minimum.
