Receta Green Pepper Steak And Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound round steak, cut in 1/3 inch strips
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. cooking wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 c. green peppers, sliced
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 2 lg. tomatoes, quartered
- 2 c. warm cooked rice
Direcciones
- Brown steak with paprika. Using high heat, brown meat rapidly in butter on all sides. Reduce heat. Add in wine, soy sauce and seasonings. Simmer 25 min. Blend corn starch and water. Stir into meat. Arrange onions, green peppers, and tomatoes over steak. Replace cover and simmer 10 to 15 min. Serve over rice.
