Receta Green Salad With Capers

Ingredientes
- Lettuce and other assorted greens
- 2 x Cucumbers peeled and sliced, up to 3
- 1 x Onion sliced thinly
- 1 Tbsp. Capers
- 1 Tbsp. Mayo
- 1 Tbsp. Minced dill
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar, (wine, balsami etc..), up to 3
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, up to 2
Direcciones
- Here is my favorite green salad. I add in some tuna in brine and have a nice lunch suitable for this Warm summer.
- Combine all mayo, dill, vinegar and oil and toss with vegetables. You can add in salt & pepper if desired.
