Receta Green Salad With French Style Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. controlled carb ketchup
- 1 pkt sugar substitute
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 x green onion minced Salt to taste
- 6 c. mesclun salad greens
- 1 sm cucumber peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
Direcciones
- For dressing, combine oil, vinegar, ketchup, sugar substitute, mustard and green onion in a blender and blend till smooth. Add in salt to taste.
- Toss greens and cucumber with dressing; divide on 4 plates.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
