Receta Green Tomato And Onion Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 4 x Green tomatoes
- 1 lrg onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt, mustard, pepper and cloves; set aside. Cut out stem ends and slice tomatoes 1/4 inch thick. In greased 8 c. casserole dish, arrange tomatoes and onion in alternate layers, starting and ending with tomatoes and sprinkling each layer with about 1 tbsp. of the four mix. Dot with butter; cover and bake in 350 oven for 45 min. Uncover and stir; bake for about 30 min longer or possibly till onions are tender.
