Receta Grilled Catch Of The Day

Ingredientes
- 250 gm King fish, cut into pcs
- 20 gm Green pepper
- 2 tsp Ginger paste, (10 g)
- 2 tsp Lemon juice, (10 ml)
- 1 tsp Minced celery, (5 g) Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 gm Rice, parboiled Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced (5 g)
- 1/4 tsp Oregano, (1 g)
- 10 gm Scallion, minced fine Salt to taste
Direcciones
- MIX all the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish in this mix for a few min. Grill the fish until tender.
- To prepare the herb rice : Heat butter in a pan. Saute/fry garlic, oregano and scallion for one minute. Add in rice and salt to taste and saute/fry until done.
- Place the fish on a bed of ragout of grilled vegetables and herb rice.
