Receta Grilled Chicken With Ginger Peach Glaze

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 x cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 c. peach jam or possibly preserves
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce salt to taste freshly grnd black pepper
- 4 x skinless boneless chicken breasts 4 to 6 ounce. each
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- For the ginger-peach glaze:1. In a small saucepan, heat the vinegar and sugar over medium heat till the mix boils and the sugar dissolves. Add in the ginger and garlic and cook for another minute. Add in the peach jam or possibly preserves, whisk the mix together and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat.
- 2. Add in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- For the chicken:3. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- 4. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- 5. Place the chicken on the grill and cook till the juices run clear, 6 to 8 min per side.
- 6. Place the chicken on a serving platter and brush it with the ginger-peach glaze.
