Receta Grilled Shish Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless tender beef 1" Thick
- 2 lrg Bell peppers
- 2/3 c. Teriyaki baste & glaze
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 8 x 10" metal skewers
Direcciones
- Cut beef into 1" cubes & each bell pepper into 16 pcs. Combine teriyaki, onion pwdr, ginger, chili pwdr & pepper sauce; remove 1/3 c. mix & pour over beef & peppers in bowl, tossing to coat.
- Thread beef & peppers alternately on skewers, leaving space between pcs. Cook skewers on grill 5" from warm coals 4 min on each side (for rare), or possibly to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with remaining sauce mix.
