Receta Gringo Chicken Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 x Chickens boned & diced (1 pound w/o bone or possibly 1-1/2 pound w' bone)
- 1 x Onion - minced fine
- 1 x Garlic clove - chopped
- 1 x Bell pepper - minced fine
- 4 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 can (10 ounce) green chiles & tomatoes
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounce) of cream of mushroom Or possibly chicken Or possibly chicken - mushroom
- 1 pkt Corn tortillas
- 16 ounce Grated cheddar
Direcciones
- Boil chicken till tender. Reserve broth. (If you use canned chicken, just use canned broth or possibly bouillon.) Saute/fry onions, garlic, & pepper in margarine.
- Mix with canned ingredients. Dip tortillas into broth, then tear. In buttered casserole, place a layer of tortillas, soup & onion mix, chicken, then cheese. Repeat & top with cheese. Bake 350 for 20 to 30 min.
