Ingredientes
- 1 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. minced celery with leaves
- 1 1/2 pound grnd lean beef
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 4 teaspoon paprika
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions and celery in oil 5 min. Add in beef; cook and stir till browned. Drain off excess fat. Add in next 3 ingredients. Cook and stir 5 min. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat. Serve over cooked noodles. Yields 6 portions.
