Receta Gruyere And Plum Tomato Topped Gammon Steaks

Ingredientes
- 1 x 225 gram pac tendersweet lightly smoked gammon steaks
- 2 x Plum tomatoes, sliced lengthways
- 1 Tbsp. Shredded fresh basil leaves
- 75 gm Gruyere cheese, sliced (3oz) Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle Freshly grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Grill the gammon steaks following instructions on the pack.
- Arrange plum tomato slices on each gammon steak. Sprinkle over the shredded basil.
- Top with the cheese slices and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Add in freshly grnd black pepper.
- Place under a warm grill till the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Notes Serve immediately with warm crusty bread and a crisp green salad.
- NOTES : Simple and quick to prepare, succulent and tasty to eat.
