  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt. Stir in bananas, coconut lowfat milk, vanilla and butter. Mix in raisins and cashews, if you like.
  2. Pour into a greased 5- by 9-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min or possibly till tested done.
  3. This recipe yields 1 loaf (16 slices).
  4. Yield: 1 loaf
