Ingredientes
- 2 lb chicken wings (to 3 lb)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 7 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 20 ml garlic chopped
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 x green onions minced oil for frying
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken. Add in chicken to mix and marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to coat. Deep fry till golden.
