Receta Half Hour Raised Donuts

Ingredientes
- 2 Packages dry yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour, or possibly more if needed
Direcciones
- Mix yeast, water and sugar together and allow to stand till bubbles form. Add in the egg, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, salt and flour. Knead dough, roll out, cut out donuts and place on floured cookie sheet to raise for 1/2 hour. Fry in fat and roll in sugar and cinnamon while hot.
