Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Green pepper, diced
- 3 Tbsp. Green onion, sliced
- 1 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
- 10 ounce Pkg. frzn peas, cooked/liquid removed
- 2 c. Fully cooked ham, cubed
- 3/4 c. Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 x Hard-cooked Large eggs, coarsely minced
- 10 ounce Pkg. frzn puff pastry shells, baked
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh White pepper
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- In a skillet, heat butter over Medium heat. Add in the green pepper, onions and mushrooms; cook and stir till tender. Stir in peas, ham, mustard and salt; heat through. Gently stir in Large eggs; set aside. For sauce, heat the butter in a saucepan. Add in flour, salt and pepper, stir to make a smooth paste. Add in the lowfat milk all at once; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
- Cook and stir 1 minute more. Add in ham mix and heat through. Serve in pastry shells.
- Yield: 6 servings.
