Ingredientes
- 4 x potatoes - (to 6) sliced about 1/4" (about 5 c. sliced potatoes)
- 1 c. baby carrots - (to 1 1/2 c.)
- 3 x celery ribs
- 1 med onion
- 2 tsp caraway seed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 lb fully-cooked smoked ham steaks cut serving-size
- 1 can 98% fat-free cream of celery soup - (10 ounce)
- 1/2 c. light lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Layer the vegetables, sprinkle with caraway seed and salt and pepper; top with ham. Spoon the soup proportionately over the ham. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hrs.
- About 20 to 30 min before serving, add in lowfat sour cream and stir lightly; continue cooking on LOW for 20 to 30 min.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
