Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd ham
- 1 pound grnd pork
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. cracker meal
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients and form into a loaf in baking pan. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over ham loaf. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs, basting occasionally with sauce till it all soaks into the meat. Serves 10.
- 12 pounds meat will serve 40 people. 6 pounds meat will serve 20 people. 3 pounds (above recipe) will serve 10 people. Adjust remaining ingredients accordingly.
