Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. ham & fresh pork mix
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 c. cracker crumbs or possibly bread crumbs
- 1-1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together, make into individual loaves or possibly balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. Pour off liquid and top with the topping. Mix the topping well and spoon over loaves. Bake uncovered for another 15 min.
