Receta Ham 'N Swiss Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cut up ham, fully cooked
- 1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese, about 4 ounce.
- 1/3 c. minced green onions or possibly minced onion
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, if you like
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (use deep pie plate). Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients till smooth. Pour into plate. Bake till golden and knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 min. Cold 5 min before serving. Serves 6.
