Receta Ham Slice With Red Pepper

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound center cut fully cooked ham slice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. juice from canned pineapple sliced
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 4 slices canned pineapple
Direcciones
- Slash the fat edges of ham, slice in several place or possibly prevent curling. In skillet heat 2 Tbsp. butter. Brown ham 4-5 min each side. Add in pepper slices and saute/fry 2-3 min longer. Meanwhile in saucepan combine pineapple syrup and brown sugar. Stir in mustard and ginger, mixing well. Simmer 5 min. Pour pineapple mix over ham. Cover and cook 10 min. Place pineapple slice on top. Cover and cook 5 min longer. Serves 4.
