Receta Hamburger Steak With Gravy

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. water
Direcciones
- Combine meat, egg, crumbs, seasonings and half of onion soup mix and mix well. Shape into patties and brown in oil on both sides. Remove hamburger. Add in flour to pan and stir while it browns lightly. Blend in water, stirring vigorously till smooth. Stir in remaining soup mix and cook 5 min more. Serve with rice.
