- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 pound bag frzn hash brown potatoes (thawed)
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9x13 dish. Top with combined corn flakes and butter. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
