- 2 whl wheat English muffins
- 2 x Thin slices lean ham, cut into strips
- 4 x Pineapple slices
- 4 slc Reduced fat American cheese
Direcciones
- Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange muffins on an ungreased cookie sheet. Lay strips of ham on top of each muffin slice. Top with a slice of pineapple and finish with a slice of cheese. Bake for 5 min or possibly till the cheese has melted slightly.
