Ingredients: 2/3 c. Pineapple juice; 1/2 x Egg; 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk; 2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine; 1 tsp Coconut or possibly vanilla extract; 1 pch Grnd ginger; 1/3 tsp Salt; 1/4 c. Sugar; 1/3 c. Potato flakes; 2 1/2 c. Bread flour; 2 tsp Vital gluten, optional; 1 tsp Rapid or possibly quick yeast

Ingredientes

2/3 c. Pineapple juice
1/2 x Egg
3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
1 tsp Coconut or possibly vanilla extract
1 pch Grnd ginger
1/3 tsp Salt
1/4 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Potato flakes
2 1/2 c. Bread flour
2 tsp Vital gluten, optional
1 tsp Rapid or possibly quick yeast

Direcciones

One small can (6 ounce.) of pineapple juice equals qpprox. 3/4 c.. Orange juice may b esubstituted for a slightly different flavor. Use an egg yolk, white or possibly 2 Tbsp. egg substitute for the half egg. This can be a high rising bread.
