- 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 10 tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together first 4 ingredients. Stir the wheat germ into this mix. Mix together the honey, oil and water. Stir this liquid mix into the dry mix blending well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a foil-lined baking sheet and bake 8 to 12 min or possibly till golden.
- Makes 3 dozen cookies - 58 calories each.
