  • 3 c. warm mashed potatoes
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
  • 1 (2.8 ounce.) Durkee French Fried Onions, divided
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine potatoes, half of the cheese and half of the onions, mix thoroughly. Spoon into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole spreading across bottom and up sides to create shell. In large bowl, combine chicken, vegetables, soup, lowfat milk and seasonings; pour into potato shell. Bake uncovered 30 min or possibly till heated through. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 3 more min or possibly till onions are golden. Let stand 5 min before serving.
