Ingredients: 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil; 1 c. Celery -- thinly sliced; 1/2 c. Onion -- minced; 2 x Cloves garlic -- chopped; 28 ounce Can whole tomatoes, Undrained -- cut in half; 17 ounce Whole kernel corn -- Undrained; 16 ounce Can sliced potaotes -- Undrained; 10 1/2 ounce Can chicken broth; 1 c. Water; 1/4 c. Catsup; 1/4 c. Brown sugar; 1 lb Ham -- cubed; 3 c. Cabbage -- thinly sliced

Ingredientes

2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 c. Celery -- thinly sliced
1/2 c. Onion -- minced
2 x Cloves garlic -- chopped
28 ounce Can whole tomatoes, Undrained -- cut in half
17 ounce Whole kernel corn -- Undrained
16 ounce Can sliced potaotes -- Undrained
10 1/2 ounce Can chicken broth
1 c. Water
1/4 c. Catsup
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1 lb Ham -- cubed
3 c. Cabbage -- thinly sliced

Direcciones

In 4 qt saucepan over medium heat, saute/fry celery, onion, and garlic in oil for 2 min. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Makes 12 one c. servings.
