- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 stk soft butter or possibly margarine
- 1 1/3 c. Self-rising flour
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1 c. Minced nuts, (up to 2)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pkt (small) large marshmellows
- 1 box confectioner's sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1/2 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. Melted butter

- Cake: Preheat oven to 350. Mix by hand the Large eggs , sugar, and butter. In separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, nuts, and vanilla. Add in this to egg mix. Make in well-greased and floured 9x13 pan for 20-25 min. When done, cut large marshmellows in half and place on cake while warm. Return to oven for a few min more.
- Icing: Combine all and stir till smooth. Pour over warm cake and marshmellows.
