Receta Herbed Cornish Hen With Pasta

Ingredientes
- 2-3 cornish game hens, halved
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 3/4 c. firmly packed fresh parsley
- 1 sm. garlic clove, cut in half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 tbsp. dry oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH basil, thyme
- Pepper to taste
- 8 ounce. spaghetti
Direcciones
- Combine oil and lemon juice and pour over hens, coating proportionately. Bake one hour at 350 degrees in preheated oven.
- In food processor, combine remaining seasoning ingredients. Process till parsley is chopped; set aside. During last 15 min of baking, brush hens with half the herb mix. At the time the hens are seasoned, bring water for spaghetti to rapid boil in pot and cook; drain. Toss with remaining herb mix. Place cooked pasta on serving platter. Arrange hens on top and serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
