- 1 c. Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 x Clove Garlic, Chopped
- 1 tsp Dry Rosemary, Crushed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 x Pork Loin Chops
- 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 c. Converted Rice

- Saute/fry mushrooms in lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat 5 min Combine garlic, rosemary, and salt. Rub into pork chops. Brown chops whith mushrooms - 5 min. Stir in soup, 1 can water and rice. Simmer covered 25 min.
