Receta Herbed Rice Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce. long grain and wild rice
- 1 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. butter
- 8 ounce. packaged herb seasoned stuffing
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar pimientos, sliced & liquid removed
- 1/2 c. parsley, minced
Direcciones
- Cook rice as directed. While rice is cooking, saute/fry celery and mushrooms in butter. Add in warm water to stuffing mix and add in mix to cooked rice, along with celery and mushrooms. Add in pimientos and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
- Use as stuffing for turkey or possibly prepare as a side dish.
