Ingredientes
- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. coffee (cool)
- 3 1/2 c. flour, unsifted
- 2 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c. nutmeats, minced
Direcciones
- Cream the sugar and shortening together; add in Large eggs and beat well. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon; add in alternately to the sugar shortening, with the cool coffee; mix well. Add in the raisins and nutmeats and blend in. Refrigeratein the refrigerator for 1 hour, then drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 min till set. Be careful not to over bake.
