Receta Hershey Double Chocolate Mint Dessert

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. (16 ounce can) Hershey's syrup
- 2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 T water
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 6 T butter
- 1 c. Hershey mint chocolate chips or possibly semi-sweet chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. In large mixing bowl, beat flour, sugar, butter, large eggs and syrup till smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 min or possibly till top springs back. (Top may appear wet.) Cool in pan. Spread mint cream layer on cake. Cover and refrigerate.Mint Layer: In mixing bowl put together confectioners' sugar, butter, water, mint extract and food coloring. Beat till smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
- Chocolate Topping: In small pan heat butter and chocolate chips till melted or possibly 1 1/2 min in a microwave bowl in the microwave. Stir till smooth. Spread over mint layer. Serves 12.
