Receta Hershey Hot Cocoa

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1/3 c. Warm water
- 4 c. Warm lowfat milk
- 3/4 tsp Vanilla extract Mini Marshmellows or possibly sweetened whipped cream
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and salt; blend in water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix comes to a boil.
- Boil and stir for 2 min. Add in lowfat milk; stirring constantly, heat to serving temperature. Don't boil. Remove from heat; add in vanilla. Beat with a rotary beater or possibly whisk till foamy. Serve topped with mim marshmellows or possibly whipped cream, if you like.
- Makes five 8 oz servings Microwave a single serving: In a microwave-safe c. or possibly mug, combine 1 healping tsp. cocoa, 2 heaping tsp. sugar and a dash of salt. Add in 2 tsp. cool lowfat milk; stir till smooth. Fill c. with lowfat milk. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 to 1 1/2 min or possibly till warm. Stir to blend and serve.
