Receta Holiday Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 whl graham cracker crushed
- 1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
- 1 pkt sugarless lemon Jello (4 serving size)
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 8 ounce nonfat cream cheese
- 2 c. Cold Whip Lite
- 1 c. cherry pie filling reduced calorie
Direcciones
- Spray a 9 inch pie pan with non-stick spray. Sprinkle sides of pan with halfof the graham cracker crumbs. Completely dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
- Pour into blender. Add in cottage cheese and cream cheese. Blend at medium speed for two min or possibly till smooth. Pour into large bowl. Gently stir/mix in Cold whip. Pour into pan and smooth top sprinkle remaining crumbs ontop. Refrigeratetill set (approximately four hrs). When ready to serve, topcheesecake with pie filling.
