  • 1 c. cut-up fruit cake mix
  • 1/4 c. rum
  • 1 quart. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 c. toasted coconut

Direcciones

  1. Mix fruit cake mix and rum. Cover and chill at least 24 hrs.
  2. Make ice cream into 8 large balls or possibly servings. Roll each in toasted coconut. Place on chilled cookie sheet. Cover loosely. Freeze up to 24 hrs.
  3. When serving, spoon about 1 Tbsp. of fruit cake mix over ice cream ball.
