Receta Homemade Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 lg. cans tomato sauce
- Garlic salt
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 1 lg. carton cottage cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 2 Large eggs
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger and onion. Add in tomato sauce, garlic salt, salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer 3 hrs. Cook lasagna noodles. Layer noodles (in both directions) in a 13 x 7 inch pan with meat sauce.
- Mix cottage cheese and Large eggs. Spread over noodles. Continue layers with meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, noodles, cottage cheese mix, meat sauce, etc. Top with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Casserole can be frzn at this time or possibly baked for 40 min at 375 degrees. Cold 5 min and serve.
