Receta Homemade Refried Beans

Ingredientes
- 3 c. cooked pinto beans
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin pwdr
- 1/4 c. oil
Direcciones
- Mix beans, cumin, salt and pepper with a hand mixer till they are creamy. Fry in oil till they become a slightly stiff consistency. You will need to stir almost constantly and do not get them too dry. Leftover beans work great.
