Receta Honey - Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Add in lowfat milk, oil, egg and honey to combined remaining ingredients, mixing just till dry ingredients are moist. Fill 12 greased or possibly paper lined muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 min.
