Receta Honey Wheat Pumpkin Muffins

- 1 c. Libby's solid pac Pumpkin
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1 x Egg slightly beaten
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1 c. All purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 ... Combine pumpkin, lowfat milk, butter, honey, and egg mixing well... Combine flours, sugar, baking pwdr, salt an nuts then add in to pumpkin mix till just moistened... Spoon into greased medium sized muffin pans, filling each c. half full and bake 15 minutes.
