Receta Hootenholler Whisky Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Egg, beaten
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Molasses, unsulphured
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 lb Seedless raisins
- 2 c. Pecans, minced
- 1/2 c. Bourbon whisky
Direcciones
- Cream the butter with the sugar and add in the beaten Large eggs. Mix together the flour, baking pwdr, salt, and nutmeg, and add in to the butter mix. Add in the lowfat milk. Mix the soda into the molasses and add in to the batter. Add in the raisins, nuts, and whisky. Mix all ingredients well, pour into a greased and floured 9" loaf pan and bake at 300 F. for two hrs.
