Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb , small boneless breast pcs Chicken
- 1 Tbsp. , minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Red Chili Pwdr
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce to taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp (optional) Ajinomoto
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 c. Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp. Corn Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. , cut into small pcs Bell Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. , finely minced Onion
- 1 Tbsp. , finely minced Spring Onion (Scallions)
- 1 x (for marinade) Egg
- 1/2 tsp , (for marinade) Ajinomoto
- 3/4 tsp , (for marinade) Salt
- 1 Tbsp. (for marinade) Corn Flour
- 1 Tbsp. (for marinade) Veg. oil
Direcciones
- Marinade the chicken with all the ingredients (for marinade), and keep aside for 30 minutes. Heat 4 Tbsp oil in a wok and stir fry the chicken for 10 minutes in medium heat. Drain and keep aside. In the same oil add in garlic and red chili pwdr. Fry for 3 min and add in tomato sauce. Add in bell pepper, onion and spring onion. Stir fry for 3 min in high heat. Add in fried chicken. Stir-fry and add in salt ajinomoto, sugar and chicken stock. Mix the corn flour in 1/4 c. water and add in to chicken slowly, stirring continuously to thicken the sauce. Finish with the vinegar. Serve with fried rice or possibly noodles.
