Receta Hot Artichoke Cheese Squares

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 (14 ounce.) can artichoke hearts, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- Dash salt and pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Direcciones
- Grease a baking dish (7x11). Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In skillet, heat oil and saute/fry onion and garlic till limp but not brown.
- Beat Large eggs to a froth; chop artichokes in very small pcs and add in to skillet. Stir onion, crumbs, cheese, parsley and seasonings. Turn mix into baking dish and bake for 25-30 min till set when lightly touched.
