Receta Hot Beef Sandwiches Au Jus

Ingredientes
- 1 x beef rump roast - (4 to 5 lbs)
- 1 pkt dry onion soup mix - (1 ounce)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry oregano leaves
- 2 can condensed beef broth - (10 1/2 ounce ea)
- 1 can beer - (12 ounce)
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 16 x onion buns
Direcciones
- Place beef roast in 3 1/2- to 4-qt crockpot. In medium bowl, combine all other ingredients except buns; mix well. Pour over roast. Cover; cook on LOW setting for 8 to 10 hrs.
- Slice or possibly shred beef. Serve in buns. If you like, skim fat from juices. Serve sandwiches with individual portions of meat juices for dipping.
- This recipe yields 16 sandwiches.
