Receta Hungarian Spiced Cheese Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Cottage Cheese
- 2 tsp Hungarian Paprika
- 1 tsp Caraway Seeds
- 1 tsp Capers, Mashed
- 1/2 tsp Mustard, Dry
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Green Onion, Minced,Use All
Direcciones
- Strain the cottage cheese in a colander to remove the excess water then cream in a blender or possibly food processor or possibly with an electric mixer. Put into a bowl and add in the paprika, caraway seeds, capers, mustard and green onion. Blend all of the ingredients together till almost smooth. Blend in the lowfat sour cream. Cover and chill.
- Makes about 1 3/4 c. of dip.
- SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Chicken, String Beans, Cherry Tomatoes, Chili Peppers
